AR VS SAR THEORY Made by ICEv3

For the Past couple days, I've been having a great conversation with JMB28 about what really affects your skill damage. We both believe that the amount of CA you have does not correspond with the amount of Damage you do. So what really affects damage? We got a mutual lvl 95 blade user friend of ours to run some tests for us. The results of the test are as follows: The stats of the two blades: +5 Hk'd BD Blade - 6% AR/20% SAR
+5 Pearld BD Blade - 15 Min/Max/ 12% AR / 17% SAR 199str/rest int build - +5 Hk'd BD Blade vs. +5 YuYuYuHkHk BD Blade
The +5 Hk'd BD Blade gave more max skill damage but wasn't very consistent
The Pearl BD Blade gave less skill damage but was MUCH more consistent on the higher end of the damage

145str/rest int build - +5 Hk'd BD Blade vs. +5 YuYuYuHkHk BD Blade
The +5 Hk'd BD Blade gave more max skill damage but wasn't very consistent
The Pearl BD Blade gave less skill damage but was more consistent on the higher end of the damage That all being said: We have two different theories about why this happened. We both admit that SAR determines the Amount of Damage you do. Which explains why the BD Blade w/ 20% SAR does more damage than the BD Blade w/ 17% SAR.

However:

JMB28 believes AR% Has NO effect on Damage or Consistency. This comes from the Min/Max placed by the pearls.

hypnotICE believes AR% AND Min/Max is the reason for the consistency and aids in the range of Skill Damage you do.

So JMB likes his Skill damage to consist of: Skill Damage = SAR% and Min/Max

HOWEVER

hypnotICE likes his Skill Damage to consist of: Skill Damage = SAR%, Min/Max, AR%

Disclaimer: Neither of us believe that AR% = SAR%, they are two different things.
I have 2 more examples but for the sake of space, I'll save them for now. All those who have LEGITIMATE KNOWLEDGE, please help to discuss, and provide reasons or test results that show why. If you have no clue, or just want to flame someone, please do so somewhere else. Thank You
SUMMARY: (for lazy ppl)

hypnotICE belief: AR%& Min/Max = Consistency and Range - SAR% = Skill Damage

JMB28's belief: AR% = Just adds to CA - Min/Max = Consistency and Range - SAR% = Skill Damage
